Condition of four-year-old pedestrian victim unknown

A four-year-old boy, who the police did not publicly identify, was hit by a car at around 5 p.m. on November 7 at the corner of 22nd Avenue and 51st Street in Kenosha, WISN 12 reported.

According to various witnesses, three children were crossing the road when an approaching car hit the straggling four-year-old. The two older children made it to the other side in proper condition.

Raymond Salerno, a witness to the accident, said hearing the accident was traumatic, and he was the first one to run up to the injured child afterward. Although Salerno cited a head injury, the full condition of the pedestrian victim was unknown at the time of the article. He was taken by Flight for Life to a local children’s hospital.
