Man arrested for marijuana use while driving

The Wisconsin State Patrol reported that 21-year-old Amery resident, Andrew Graski was driving under the influence of marijuana when he crashed his vehicle on Friday, March 28.

Upon his arrest, Graski was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal operation of a vehicle while intoxicated. This is the second time Graski was arrested for DUI offenses.

According to a police investigation, Graski’s vehicle collided with another vehicle on Highway 8, east of St. Croix Falls.
