Minor Injuries Suffered in Drunk Driving Crash

A 31-year-old Wisconsin man caused a serious crash on March 3, 2011, when he drove drunk down Interstate 39.

The man was driving the wrong way down the highway, and his vehicle crashed into the front of a woman’s car. These were the only two vehicles involved in the crash, and officers shut down the highway lanes for about three hours.

The 31-year-old man was charged with drunk driving and driving the wrong way down the interstate highway. This was the man’s fifth drunk driving offense. The woman was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
