Fuel spill forces closure of Kenosha highway

7,000 gallons of fuel were spilled on Highway 31 when a semi-truck tipped over in the southbound lane at around 3:00 a.m. The 42-year old driver of the truck was taken to a St. Prairie hospital for treatment for minor injuries. The accident forced authorities to close a portion of the highway for cleaning and authorities say the clean-up process may take quite some time.
