Wisconsin assembly considers texting while driving law

The Wisconsin assembly is currently considering a texting while driving law. The law would prohibit typing on computers or mobile devices while behind the wheel.

The bill differs slightly from the Senate version, but the differences will likely be resolved. Once resolved, the final bill will be sent to the Governor for approval.
